This series is eye candy. Pure eye candy. OK, brain candy, too -- you are reading after all, not just watching. So it's candy that's good for you. As a diabetic, I don't get to enjoy that too often. So when it comes around, I have to have all I can get. And that's the way it is with Parnell Hall and his Puzzle Lady series. Once you start, you can't stop. You know it's a guilty pleasure. But you just don't care. Just unwrap, pop it in your mouth, and savor!

I really enjoy Cora - this time she's doing personal appearances with children - certainly not her long suit.
A joy for lovers of both crosswords andFreothy Crime detection.

I loved this whole series. This was not my favorite, but it was still good. Someone was staling the puzzle lady.

Uh oh...Cora Felton, aka The Puzzle Lady, has to go out on tour for the cereal she does advertisements for. She is not thrilled with this, but has to do it to keep her endorsement. Along the way, she finds she has a stalker...someone from her past that seems very smitten with her. When a couple of murders occur along the tour, is her stalker to blame, or is there someone else to blame?
This was another enjoyable read of the Puzzle Lady Series. I am reading them in order, and have enjoyed them all...although I did have to get used to Mr. Hall constantly using the character's first and last names, as if we wouldn't remember then by just the first name.
