From someone who has been stalked before,it is amazing what LaVonne went through over the years. I am truely inspired by her story. She is one couragous woman.

I will never feel sorry for myself again after reading about what this poor woman went through. A man broke into LaVonne's house in the middle of the night and beat and raped her while her daughter was asleep in a bedroom. The man was sentenced to 20 years in prison but was released after only six years. The parol board did not notify LaVonne that he was getting out. The man broke into her house again and beat and raped her. This time it was worse. He broke her leg in several places and cut off her thumb. He threaten to harm her daughter. The police could not prove it was the same man so he did not get arrested. He started making obscene, threatening phone calls to LaVonne and her daughter. It is unbelieveable what this woman and her daughter had to go through.
