This is an even older edition of the book, published when the makeup for Dustin Hoffman in "Little Big Man" was cutting-edge. It's still the best for the basics and would be appropriate for high-school/jr. high level stage productions that don't get into prosthetics beyond a little putty.
This is one of the classic books, but a much earlier edition. While the basics haven't changed, technology has made leaps and bounds.
