I've given this one a rather low rating because of it's content. The book is actually very well done -- very nice glossy images direct from the newer versions of the Spiderman comic books and relatively simple sentence for newbie readers. But many of the images are not appropriate for my 6 year old entry level reader. While he is interested in Spiderman, I'm not keen on introducing him to an idealized, sexy rendition of Mary Jane or some of the more violent bits of the Spiderman story. I'd have no issues with this if he were 12 -- unless, of course, he was still stuck on reading "level 1" books...
