Very interesting read,- her previous career as a psych nurse, fight against male bias, and great cases she worked on. I didn't want to put it down!

I really enjoyed this book. She was involed with a lot of famous cases one being the unibomber. It tells about what you have to go through to become an agent and how being a psychiatic nurse was a big help in her career as an FBI agent. It was everything but boring and hard to put down. This was an excellent account of the FBI through a woman's eyes.

Very interesting story of one of the first women in the FBI. Candice's "route" to the job obviously tells an amazing story of one strong woman. Reading it in 2010 reminds you that it really wasn't that long ago that women's skills/talents were viewed sooo differently. It's a true story of a brave and courageous woman.

Interesting memoir by a woman who was one of the first female FBI agents, including personal anecdotes, insider information about high-profile cases (including the apprehension of the Unabomber), and general musing about the function of the FBI.

This book is written by one of the first women to enter the FBI academy and to subsequently become an agent. Her story is truly amazing. She was involved in some very interesting cases including the Unibomber case. This was a very enjoyable read.
