I love this cookbook. Borrowed it from the library 3 times already :) Lots of great recipes. I could not make gravy till I used the recipe from this book, and it also has a great recipe for biscuits!

I love this cookbook. It's very family friendly and all the ingredients are easy to find. Not the most gourmet but definitely the most usable! It's also a joy to read. After finding the book I found her blog (www.southernplate.com) and have enjoyed that as well.
