This was my second book by JoAnn Ross and it was excellent. I will look for more by her. Roxanne Scarbrough is the genteel Southern queen of good taste to her fans. To her critics and there are many she is Queen Bitch. Chelsea is hired to write her biography, will she uncover all of Roxanne's secrets?????

This story takes place in the small Georgia town of Raintree. Chelsea Cassidy has been asked to be the biographer for Roxanne Scarbrough. Chelsea does not like Roxanne and struggles with whether she can write the kind of book that Roxanne would approve of. Roxanne has also hired Cash Beaudine to renovate her mansion, a man that Chelsea knew in college. Roxanne wants Cash but things don't turn out exactly the way Roxanne wants. This is a good story that shifts several times and keeps the reader interested. I had no idea how this story would end so the ending was a surprise.
