I struggled with this story even though I had the Cliff Notes to assist me. I was really disappointed as Faulkner has written some inspiring works. I wonder how this one made it to the category of "classic." I think the guy must have been smoking crack when he wrote it! ;o)
couldn't get through this one, too disjointed but that's the way Faulkner is.

A masterpiece of American Literature. As for Faulkner's notorious difficulty, like momma said, Nothing good comes easy.
