This is a great book that is easy to read, but it has very deep meaning. It is a series of chapters that can be read in order or not. Great by the bedside to read and reread a new chapter every night.

This is a beginner's guide to awakening to spirituality. Zukav's theories are sound and presented in an easy-to-understand way for the newly 'awakened.' The ideas gradually become more complex as the book progresses with similar information shown in different contexts.

If you've already studied spirituality for any length of time, the content may address points of view not previously considered but overall it's a book written for the general public and not a serious guide to harnessing and incorporating spirituality in daily living.

Very enjoyable listening; self help and positive thinking. Zukav tells wonderful stories about his own experiences and how they have influenced his life for the better. These tapes helped me make a specific, positive decision at a time when I needed some objective influence
