I LOVE this book and plan to use it as a regular part of my teaching on friendship and sharing along with a real shiny silver Mylar balloon to demonstrate. My version of the book has shiny parts on several of the pages illustrating what the broken balloon found by the 2 animal friends would look like and how they would see their own reflections in it, and eventually come to solve their relational difficulty. (I'm not sure if that is true of all versions, or not.)
