This is my second read through for this book. It was just as excellent as the first time I read it. In fact, I think I got even more out of it than the first time I read it.

Another great book about Blessings! this is the only series I am keeping on my shelf. I want to read them all again. that is how good it is. Christian based, family oriented, and i love the way she brings in the history of the area, new inventions to make their lives easier, and the quilting get togethers. I should have lived back then. LOL

This book is inspiriing and faith based. It tells the story of Sophie, a young woman who is restless in her hometown of Blessing and leaved with her new husband without her parents' blessing.
