This book was not as I expected, but I ended up loving it. It was really good. Michaels went to first person point of view which she successfully presented. While reading, you have a hard time trying to determine who to trust. It's a guessing game up until the end.
Ada and Harriett had never met anyone like Mr. Wolfson, their new guardian. Confined to a wheelchair and flanked by two fierce dogs, he both welcomed and intimidated the girls. And, he had two equally mysterious but welcoming sons, Julian and Francis. But, the girls soon discover that evil runs rampant through their new home and the surrounding moors . . . especially on moon-lit nights.
A good Michaels Book. Lots of suspense.
