Nell is one of two survivors of a widely-covered plane crash. When her physical injuries heal, her amnesia remains and she has to be introduced to the people in her life, including a husband, mother, sister and missing father. As she finds her way, she is able to reinvent the parts of herself that she finds she didn't like. This is a book that is easily read; however, there is nothing memorable about it.

This was a story of family, forgiveness, and finding who you are. It was interesting and kept me reading to see where it was going. I enjoyed the musical references along the way, but it just didn't deliver in the end.

For the most part, I really liked this book. The main character, Nell, was one of two survivors of a plane crash who wakes up from a coma with amnesia. Everyone in her life seems to have something to gain by not filling her in completely about her past. I don't want to give any spoilers away so I won't go too deep into the storyline. Towards the end, it kind of dragged so I skimmed a bit. Great idea for a storyline, just a lot of family baggage to wade through, a bit much for me, but still an okay read.
