The story begins by introducing you to each character in their own environment and then leads you on a journey where they haphazardly become acquainted. Their meeting is comical, clumsy, and sweet. Their relationship flourishes and then, due to certain circumstances (don't want to give anything away), the couple is separated. During their time apart they each make a transformation. Jordan softens a bit and realizes how he feels about Alexandra, while Alexandra hardens after learning things she didn't know about Jordan.

This is when McNaught throws in her typical mix-ups where if the characters would have communicated with one another all of their problems would be solved. However, despite that annoyance the book is still a very entertaining read. It will make you laugh-out-loud, scream, and possibly cry.

It's well written, developed and doesn't leave any loose ends. What more can you ask for?
