Great characters, great farce, great MacLeod.

Professor Peter Shandy, New England's homegrown Hercule Poirot, has journeyed to the Maine coast in seach of a mystery flower and to escape his wife's all female house party. Now, supping at a county inn, he witnesses sudden death as the town bullly keels over into his chicken pot pie. Is it fowl play? Is there something in the water???

Read it and enjoy the wit.

Charlotte MacLeod was a superior writer of murder mysteries and will be missed. This book is in the series about Professor Peter Shandy. It takes place in New England at a small agricultural college. I love this whole series, but I own 2 copies so here is one to share.

Another funny entry in the enjoyable "Peter Shandy" series. Charlotte MacCloud is a master of the mystery cozy and this is a very enjoyable read Once again the enjoyable characters of Balacava College take the stage for an enjoyable romp through a new mystery.
