As with all Torey Hayden books this is a straight forward, heart wrenching, moving read. It will have you laughing and tearful. The children that so needed someone to hear them. Torey has a God given talent for hearing and acting and getting thru to those so wounded that hope was running out for them to be healed. She has shared her stories with us and has shown the world that you never give up on a child. This is a perfect book. Love, hope, suspense, and endings without questions. If you read one Torey Hayden book you will want to read them all.

All the Torey Hayden books are nonfiction and deal with a loving teacher of children who suffer with emotional problems. Whether their problems stem from medical, mental or family issues. Torey shares her soul with these children and offers her love. I have read and enjoyed just about all of Torey Hayden's books.
