First off let me start by saying that this is the 1st book this author has written and he has done an amazing job. If this is a foreshadowing of whats to come then i am very excited. This story has everything from love, friendship, action , suspense and horror in it. You not only get a healthy dose of vamps but you get to see an amazing relationship form between a man and a little girl he is helping to take care of. It is one of the most unconventional relationship i have ever encountered but it works for them and it works well. From what i hear this is going to be a book series and i for one cannot wait to read the next book and find out what will happen next. I can honestly say it looks like this author will be around for some time if he keeps putting out stories with this kind of quality. Solstice (Volume 1) Buy this book you will not be disappointed!
