Not as good as the first book. Story line line was a bit choppy. Kept jumping from location to location with very little reason, as if in a hurry to get to the next action scene.

Book 2 in the Rogue Angel continuity series. Interesting theological issues are part of the story.

In this, the second of the Rogue Angel series, Annja Creed pursues an ancient relic tied to the Bible as well as to the purest evil. But she is not the only one to seek this treasure of great value and potentially limitless power. Others crave it for their own purpose, be it good or bad. And in the process she finds herself wrestling with her own power, presented with many situations where her decisions affected the lives of those she confronted.

I enjoyed the story, though I didn't think it flowed as well as the first novel. In several instances I found it difficult to connect one vignette to the one previous. But it didn't dampen my need to move on to the next adventure. So far I am hooked on this series, and I think the PG content is very refreshing :o)

Fast paced fantasy thriller. You must read the first book (Destiny) first before taking the plunge with this one

Readers who enjoy their literary escapism fast and furious should definitely check out Annja Creed, whom Victor Milan
calls "a major babe and a major ass-kicker." Annja embarks on a relentless chases to stop humanity's most unfathomable
secrets from reshaping the modern world.

In the second installment of Alex Archer's Rogue Angel saga, which features protagonist Annja Creed (spiritual descendant
Joan of Arc and her fated successor as "champion of the good"), the intrepid archeologist sets off to find
Solomon's Jar. Annja seems to be feeling out her destiny and clearly doesn't have black and white answers. Or does she?
In this book, it feels like she is progressing into her role while still questioning it.
Some amazing fight scenes that I
could see unfolding right in front of my eyes. And some timely street scenes in Israel that seem to reflect the headlines
quite well- reading this story felt like it was happening RIGHT NOW. The mystery of Soloman's Jar unfolded at a great
pace, and one of the best scenes? Supermodel catfight [go girls].
All and all, a sweet follow-up that any reader could walk into without having read the first.
