Sniper's Moon won the Arthur Ellis award for the best 1st novel. It has a great plot with lots of suspense. Frank Keogh is a sniper for the ESU of NYPD. He's good at his job..so good at taking out his targets that he is suspected of killing two people he had problems with..and goes "on the lam" which makes him look even more guilty. Great dialog and good portrayal of the mixed bag that NYC is..If you like constant action and well written dialog mixed with a heap of good guys and bad guys...this book is worth reading.
