Great book and a timely read... very close description to what is now happening with the health care debate.
A very strange premise for a novel: A trust-fund kid who doesn't like the tobacco industry but feels he has to cooperate with it in order to earn a living and a future inheritance. Hard for me to empathize with this main character.
Although fictional, an in-depth look inside the workings and strategies of Big Tabacco. Both amusing and eye-opening...and a little scary.
Standard Kyle Mills - lots af action and thrills.
Must admit, it started out a little slow, wasn't sure I was going to like it. The book is about the tobacco industry (fiction), and as a smoker I was really high fiving the concept! I somehow think that smokers will appreciate the book more than non-smokers, but I could be wrong about that. My overall review: if you smoke, read (or listen to) this book - you'll love it!
Interesting story regarding the "tobacco industry". Just what WOULD happen if they decided to stop selling cigs. There are some long range effects that you wouldn't even think of, and neither did I. Lots of food for thought. Even tho I'm a smoker and am tired of being nagged and feeling like an outcast, I did enjoy this audio book.
