This was a very interesting book. I loved the fact that they weren't just saying a bunch of numbers and threw in a bunch of stats, but that they actually went through experiments of their own to prove those numbers. They also threw in a little bit of history behind all the chemicals they experimented with into the stew which helped change the pace.

Definatley an eye opener!
