This book seemed so promising. Three slow-cooker books in one. Unfortunately the recipes were boring and uninspired. There was only one recipe in the entire collection that looked interesting enough to try.

This is a wonderful slow cooker recipe book. It has recipes that are easy, but also very tasty. The pictures are excellent, the ingredients lists clear, and the directions easy to follow. Unlike a lot of other such books, there is a great deal of variety in the type of recipes presented here. My husband loves the "Barbeque Beef" sandwich recipe. I like the "Savory Bean Stew" with polenta. Another great feature is the "My Favorites" section on the back where you can write in your favotire recipes.
