Actually this was a well written cookbook. It receives a low score from me because it didn't meet MY PERSONAL NEEDS in a cookbook. Published in the UK (which isn't obvious in the overview) it contains, well, English foods! LOL Prawn, terrines and pates take up much of the cookbook.
