Excellent book. I learned nothing new, but realized that it wasn't my imagination that the media was totally in the tank for this guy.

I so enjoyed this book. And knowing I wasn't alone in my observations of the American media. Slobbering says it all! Thank God for London papers that tell Americans what our media doesn't want us to know.

I read this book for a purpose. Just to see how Bernard Goldberg arrived at the conclusion that the Mainstream Media "gave Barrack Obama a pass during the 2008 election". However, I learned more that I thought I would.
Bernnie, not only lays out the facts, but he backs them up with proof. What was very astonishing to me was the predictions at the end of the book (written in 2009).
Bernnie predicted Obama's spending habits, he predicted that Obama would blame someone else for his administration's failures, especially during his first year. He also predicted the devisiveness of this administration.
Regardless of your political leanings, its important to know your history.
Bernnie also made certain predictions about the Mainstream media, which have come to pass.
