The recipes are excellent! Many of them are pictured. The explanation of what a super-food is and how it benefits our health is excellent. Great list of what the super-foods are, and what they are not. Highly recommended!

This cookbook is FULL of tasty, healthy, clean eating recipes, as well as being informative. It's a good book for someone who is just beginning the journey into healthy eating habits!
