In Sins of the Mother, the Jasmine saga continues. Victoria Christopher Murray wastes little time launching the central storyline surrounding the abduction of Jasmine and Hoseas daughter, Jacquie. The abduction threatens not only Jasmines sanity but her faith and marriage as well. Can the Bushes and Lewiss survive the strong magnetism pulling Jasmine and Brian together once again? Although, there were parts that I felt dragged on too long, overall the story captivated my attention with a tale of heartache, hope, passion, suspense, and faith. Even without having read Lady Jasmine, I found no problems following the story and highly recommend Sins of the Mother. Ms Murray continues to be one of my favorite authors.
