This is the first chick lit book by Ms. Perrin that I've read and it was very enjoyable. This is a very entertaining book that will keep you wanting more. The heroine is very likeable, and although she finds herself in a situation with a married man, she comes across as sympathetic. Enjoyable!
This book was okay. I was expecting more than what I got! This poor girl, Vanessa Cain, has a lot of drama in her life! The beginning of the book really takes off, but as you continue to read it starts to get pretty boring and the ending just leaves you kinda hanging. I just hate books that leave you hanging in the end. I feel that if books are going to be written as sequels, that next book should have already been written and ready to be out within a month of the first book. My opinion, just saying!
