This is a super cookbook, it has vegetarian friendly recipes and ones that are not. Some of my family are vegetarian and some are not; the recipes are delicious, (the ones that I've tried) and the cookbook has become one that I check for new recipes. I like the index in the back where you can look up an ingredient (if you have a bunch of say zucchini) and find recipes for that.
