This is a wonderful pick-me-up book! Each day is very encouraging and motivational! I'm so glad I was made aware of it so I could begin reading it. Also, it's so great for someone, like myself, who suffers from anxiety and depression to receive an uplifting message each and every day! I highly recommend this book.

Who doesn't seek simplicity in their life in this day and age? Sarah Ban Breathnach brings this "breath" of fresh air to us everyday with this devotional spanning 365 days. It doesn't relate to a specific year so each day you read a fresh thought to revel in for the day. It is nice to be able to reference the devotion each year and measure the changes from year to year. Obviously some devotionals may not apply to your life that day or that year, but it may not be about you but someone you love. I found it a source to share in encouraging friends, family and folks in need. You can easily copy the text because they are short and mail it to friends far away. I found I am blessed by a card or letter from a friend incredulous over how I knew they needed that message. It is a God thing. Let this be your greatest daily tool to bring about so much in so many. Words make a great deal of difference. Say something nice to a stranger and see how they brighten up. Sarah is doing the same thing for us in this book.

This is an amazing book, helpful to say the least. Get it and read it today!
A great book to start off the new year with. I have to admit I did not make it through the entire book but what I did make it through was helpful and thought provoking. It had many good points about focusing on the simple things of life.
This is a wonderful book. Somedays are better than others, but overall it really seems to hit home almost every day.
I ADORE this book!! So inspirational!
I actually got this book to give as a gift because I've had my own copy for 17 years and never tire of reading it! The prayers and devotions are wonderful!
Story thoughts for an entire year. Sarah Breathnach suggests way to simplify in an effort to bring more joy into one's life. But it doesn't insist on simplifying to fine joy. When this book was first published it offered a fresh, new approach and was widely talked about.
This beautifully created book has been a God-send in my personal development travels. I enjoyed having the audio cassette as well.
A great woman's book...
Fun book to pick up and read on any given day of the year. Just flip to today's date and read a bit of soulful inspiration.
Great for the gals who want to focus on themselves after a day/week of caring for anybody but themselves. Take a bubble bath, buy new pajamas, have a glass of wine are just some of the simple ways to provide your life with Simple Abundance!
Enjoy

This book helps you see and value the simple things in life, the ones that may seem trivial at the time but which reap large amounts of satisfaction and pleasure. Take a deep breath, relax, and let life's little things flow into your consciousness. This book is filled with wonder and delight.

A whole year of thought provoking reading. Little articles concise enough that you can read one a day while having morning coffee and one a night before you go to sleep. Invaluable book!
This book will probably always be a part of my private collection. Every day's entry has something meaty to share. Each message is short, but packed with some really good thoughts. Rarely do I find one that doesn't pertain to my life in some way.
366 essays (one for every day of the year). Shows how your daily life can be an expression of your authentic self.
This is one of the best books I've encountered for increasing the spirituality--not necessarily religion--and the joy in your life. I highly recommend it. If I hadn't found this in a thrift store I wouldn't be posting it. It's one I will always keep on hand.

Love It!! Sarah gets me through the low times with her positive ideas and outlook
Very good clean pages
This is a pristine, leatherette edition of this well-known book. It would make a nice gift to someone (probably a woman) who has yet to come across a copy.
