Cass Lindley believed in never mixing business with pleasure, but when Dallas Carter came to enlist her support in ousting a crooked corporate head, she felt her resistance melt under the white-hot gleam in his eyes. Was the lingerie empire in which she was a major stockholder being mishandled, or were Dallass smooth assurances only a predators ploy to romance her stock away? When he dared to discover the truth, she agreed but only if he spent a week working beside her and proved he could be trusted. Tempted by the lady, Dallas accepted the sweet dealbut ended up courting his old-fashioned girl, instead of her votes! Dallas made her laugh, filled her with yearning, and taught her passion shed never believed would be hers. In return, Cass wrapped her pirates heart in silken bonds, then surrendered her own to his keeping. Dallas admired her spirit and vowed hed accept her decision, whatever it was but would love make the choice impossible?
