Josie Quinn is at the local park when seven-year-old Lucy Ross disappears after riding the merry-go-round. Her mother, Amy Ross, looked away for a second and she was gone. Josie quickly calls in her team and leads the investigation into Lucy's disappearance. As the case proceeds, Josie comes to the realization that Lucy's parents may not be telling everything they know.
This is the 6th book in the Josie Quinn series. It was a solid mystery, but it wasn't a favorite for me. Even though the usual people (Noah, Gretchen, Trinity) made appearances in the story, they were more or less out of the action. I never had a clue who was behind the kidnapping, but I did figure out one of Amy's many secrets. My rating: 4.5 Stars.

This is a good series, however, at times you feel a little bored as the story doesn't move along very quick and there is a lot of descriptions in this one
I think it would've been better if Regan had made it a shorter story with less description and a little more suspense
BUT I'm still giving it the full 5* because it is a good series
