I thought this was a very good book. Similar to the shopaholic series.

i got this from the library on a whim. i wasn't expecting much but fluff from the story, but actually I got sucked in straight away with Lorna and her addictions and had to see how it ended. i loved it and would definitely look for more by Harbison. Her characters, though not necessarily real, were FUN and made you cheer for them to overcome all the crappy things in their lives and be better friends because of it.

A cute fun read about 4 women who get together to swap shoes. It held my interest enough to hope for a sequel!

While author Harbison borrows quite heavily from the "shopaholic" series and the Nanny Diaries, this entertaining book is a great fun read. The Shoe Addicts Anonymous club is a clever mechanism to have four women, with diverse lives, to cross paths. Each character has their own challenges and the friendship of the group ultimately comes in handy in addressing each. A fast, fun read.

Cute story about shoe addiction that brings four women together once a week to trade designer shoes. These women are from completely different walks of life, but along the way, they become friends as they deal with their shoe addictions, personal problems and living their lives. The author does a wonderful job of introducing each character, spending enough time with each one to give the reader an opportunity to bond and empathize with them. Fans of chick-lit and romance novels will enjoy the quirky humor each character brings to the story.

I loved this book. Four women from different circumstances come together with only a shoe size in common and form a friendship bond that helps them overcome their problems. A good quick fun read. I look forward to reading the sequel. Carol
