Meet Linda Breland, single mother of two teenage daughter. Linda's personal life? Between the married men, the cold New Jersey winters, her pinched wallet, and her ex-husband who marries a beautiful, successful woman ten years younger than Linda is--let's just say, Linda has seen enough to fill a thousand pages. The magical waters of Shem Creek, the abundant wildlife, and the astounding power of nature give this tiny corenr of the planet its infallible reputation as a place of introspection, contemplation and hearling.

I enjoyed listening to this book. The story was light hearted and easy listening to. It was a great break from stories that take concentration to follow...not too many characters and the most important part, the narrators were excellent. They drew me right in and I was hooked immediately.

Love this Book! A single mom making a fresh start in the low country - You will not want it to end!
