Initially I hated this book. It starts out as a shooting at a shopping mall where 16 people are killed. I stuck with it, and it quickly became a mystery/thriller that ended up as a normal wonderful Roberts book.
Several years after the shouting people begin to be killed and no one knew why. It soon became clear that it was related to the shooting. But how, why? The story revolves around many of the survivors, and was interesting.

Like many others, I enjoyed this book and had trouble putting it down. Though my husband doesn't read many of my Nora Roberts books, there are some that I know he would like, and this was one. He, too, read it in a couple days and liked it as much as I did.
It is fast paced and very interesting, with main characters that you are rooting for, and a great villain.

This timely new stand-alone by Nora Roberts was terrifying and chilling as three teenage boys went into a shopping mall and shot everyone they saw.
We see so much of these events in real life, I was reluctant to read it, but the story was amazing, horrifying but touching all at the same time. Nora Roberts has done it again with an unforgettable read.

Fantastic characters, charming small town setting and realistic family relationships. The romance element doesn't really start until halfway through the book, but it's worth the wait!
Best work of hers yet.
I loved this book! Read it in 2 days! Keeps you riveted and you must read just a little more! Highly recommended!
