When I went to build a new 6x8 coop for my chickens, I went to my stack of about 15 how to books. A week later, this is the one that's still next to my workbench. The meat of the book is a chapter on building an 8x10 shed, complete with a day by day building schedule, complete hardware and materials lists and step by step details - even down to the details of installing flashing around the optional sunlight. The earlier chapters are a great introduction to foundations, roofing, making doors and windows and latches and more wonderfully drawn details. The end of the book is mostly photos and sketches of other kinds of sheds and is less useful, but all around the book delivers on the how-to. I recommend all of David Stiles' books.
Super book, wonderful plans, great pictures, even better ideas. Worth a look you won't be sorry!
