A fun, delightful read; and a "look inside" Paris' Cordon Bleu's cooking school. Kathleen Flinn's writing will amuse, inspire some, and educate others. Recipes are shared with each chapter...a bonus feature! A vibrant tale of romance, food, Paris and pursuing a dream; all that Kathleen Flinn experienced. She shares much of her detailed journal notes with a wonderful book. A great read.
