This is the first Ready Freddy book I read to my 5 yr. old grandson. I came across these books by accident after reading some Magic Tree books to him. I LOVE the Freddy books. They are realistic and deal with problems kids actually have. As a matter of fact, after reading this book to him, my grandson took a small stuffed animal to school and it disappeared. After mentioning it for several days, the animal showed up, just like what happened to Freddy and his shark tooth. My grandson learned not to take his special belongings to school. I then got him the Freddy hamster book as he's going to be getting a hamster soon. I will be looking for more of these books.
