As with all of the books in the Death Lands series Shaking Earth is a mildly entertaining, if not especially well written book. The story itself is pretty well crafted and there are portions of the book that I really enjoyed - as pure brain candy. These books will never be regarding and important literature, but that are easy to read and actually fun at times.
The lanuage is rather childish and repeatative at times, but the story line is addicting and you want another from the series as soon as you finish one. I got my first Deathlands book here on paperpackswap and now i'm buying them as well as trying to get them here. An addictive post-appocolyptic series! yaya
