My first Steve Martini book. It was a good read, a legal thriller that takes place mostly in the courtroom.

Excellent new Paul Madriani novel by Steve Martini. Lots of courtroom drama with history backdrop. Kept me guessing!

This was a good book but hard to get into to begin with. Had a lot of law jargon to get used to but the storyline was great.

Steve Martini has written another page turner. This story has wit, drama and lots of mystery. A great mystery.
Another great read! Thank you Mr. Martini!!
Excellent reading
On a scale of 1 to 5 ... it was a 3!
More of Paul!
Not as fast paced as some of this authors previous books.
Great book! Kept me in suspense to the end. This is the first time that I had read this author. I am defently going to be looking for more of his books. Steve Martini laid out a mystery in such a way that you never quite knew what was going to happen next. The courtroom scenes kept on the edge of your seat wondering what piece of evidence was going to be brought out next and how each lawyer was going to counter it.
Definitely not my favorite Madriani book. I found myself skipping over lots of the detail. I found some parts - I can't believe I'm going to say this - boring. It's a decent read but nothing to write home about.
This is a really good book. We have come to expect courtroom scenes but this one does not have even one. This about power in high places and what people will do to protect themselves.
Good lawyer adventure book
Another great Martini novel! Lots of intrigue!
