Really well written story. The characters and their actions are believable and logical. The story itself is a kind of mix of Hornblower, Sharpe, Mutiny on the Bounty, and the Twilight Zone.
Stylized seagoing adventure set in the days of sail. A small fantasy element. Not a story that compels the reader to finish the book in one sitting.
