"In April 1789 the crew of the Bounty mutinied, cast Capt. Wm. Bligh adrift and sailed deep into the South Pacific. They landed on Pitcarin Island. Their 38 descendants are still living there..." An interesting book about another culture, by a woman who visited this "paradise" that most think is untouched by greed, hatred or the modern world. What she found while living there makes a compelling look into how people are affected by their environment.
