This is concise and clearly written, and it provides an explanation of the events leading up to the horrifying disaster of 9/11. Where this book excelled, in my opinion, was the explanation of the many deaths related to 9/11 that were not included in the statistics. One example was the number of people who died young because of debris in the air for months after the initial catastrophe.

The author(s) explained the extra deaths we now associate with the main events. However, I was surprised that the book did not mention airplane changes to prevent future disasters (locking the more substantial door before the flight begins).

This book clearly shows the path of the hijackers on that fateful day. It reminded me of the airplane I forgot about -- Flight 93. I also didn't remember that each of the people on that flight was nominated for the Congressional Gold Medal for their valor in making the hijackers abort their mission. This book is well-written and worth a read. Overall score = VG.
