Love, Anthony by Lisa Genova        I have loved her other books, but found this one a little contrived.  anyone else read it?

No, I haven't read anything by that author.

Currently working my way through Gone Girl.

Carole,

left neglected and Still Alice are so good!   I think they are equal or better than gone girl.   My niece LOVED gone girl!

I wasn't aware of Genova's newest book.  I loved "Still Alice" and though "left neglected" was excellent.  Can't wait to get this new one.  Do have to say I thought "Gone Girl" was one of the worst books I ever read.  But since it's been on the best seller list forever, I am obviously in the minority.  smiley

Finished Gone Girl, and thought it was one of the most diabolical plots I have ever read.  A psychopath married to a sociopath, trying to blow up each other's lives in a way you have never read before.  Stunning.  Read it.

It's stunning just how bad Gone Girl is. Forget it.
