"Years ago when I worked at Kaiser Permanente, we invested in copies of the Passport for every employee attending a diversity workshop as part of our management development program. Then, as now, there was recognition that change is a door opened from the inside and a critical first step in personal change is an increased level of self-awareness. I wholeheartedly recommend the Passport as a component of any thorough, in-depth training intervention designed to increase personal effectiveness, address multicultural sensitivity, and/or enhance leadership development skills".

"We plan on using the Self-Esteem Passports in 'The Creative Minds' program for 5th and 6th graders at the Longfellow Elementary School in Bridgeport, CT. This 90-day program is geared primarily to students who live in a Housing Project, and are being raised by Foster Parents, Grandparents, etc. The goal to help students to recognize that they are important, and that their voices and talents matter."
