Disappointing - more "Judge Judy" than "Miss Manners". Ms. Alkon fancies herself an avenging angel, but came across more as a litigious, self-important brat to me with her whopping (punitive) demands for "wasting my (precious) time", which really ruined her valid underlying point.

This book was an amazing read, I couldn't put it down. I found Amy to be witty, funny, smart, and passionate. I loved every page, and after reading the library copy, I came here to get my own to keep. A great read for these modern times.
