An all-around wonderful story with the short prequel worked into the main story very well. You get two HEAs here: one for Charlotte and one for her mother, Adelaide. This was a satisfying conclusion to the series, which takes place a decade after Charlotte's brothers' romances. I liked that she was a more mature woman who was open to an affair with a strong hero; theirs was a lusty relationship. Even Adelaide was finally able to grasp her brass ring. I enjoyed how the major characters situations were intertwined and gradually revealed. Riveting story-telling made Seduced at Sunset a quick read. Enthusiastically recommended at 4.5 stars.
