I somehow missed this Joseph Wambaugh book when it was published in 1986. I found it recently in a used book store. Solid gold...if you like Joseph Wambaugh books. Remember, it is a bit dated, but still a great book.

In this riveting new novel bestselling author Joseph Wambaugh jolts our emotions with a powerful new theme, while continuing to entertain use with his special brand of bawdy, beautiful, dark humor.
