This book is filled with entertaining stories, and insight into chuck Norris, he tells some Things that you may not have known. The book does not tell you how to achieve zen, and it does not tell you any tactics or methods of relaxing or attaining zen. It is still a good book, but if you are trying to introduce zen into yourself this book will not be much help but is none the less entertaining.
