8 engaging detective stories by one of the most beloved Catholic authors.
No one is more surprised than me that I did not cotton to these stories. It reads so visually, like a BBC production, but without the directors notes. I kept getting lost,losing the thread of the story.The endings were so abrupt I actually checked the bottom of the page to see if a page was missing.I believe that I will stick to G.K.'s non fiction and watch his fiction.
