I absolutely loved this book. This was my first time reading a book by author "Julie A. Richman" and all I can say is WOW. I should have read the reviews before reading this book, because if I did I would have found out how necessary it was to get a hold of all the books before reading. I was and still am so upset that I haven't been able to get a hold of the next book that I'm actually feeling depressed. I thought that the books could be read like a stand alone novel, but no they can't. The book actually leaves off in a way that leaves you itching for more. It stops in between a cliffhanger so be aware before you start.

This book wasn't like any other romance book I've read and believe me when I tell you, I've read a lot of romance books. This book in general has very little in the way of sex scenes, but the parts that have it are explicitly hot. The book was mostly about the story between Mia Silver and Schooner Moore. The story jumps between the past and the present. You get a glimpse of them as young adults in college and then as middle aged adults in the present. Every part of this book was amazing. Parts of the book were hard to read and heart wrenching.

I don't want to give anything away, but I will say this.... If your a lover of books about first time love, people reuniting, or romance then this book is definitely for you. I hardly ever give 5 star ratings and this one reached it.
